General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your gram stain is negative for diplococci which means free from gonorrhoea. Other bacteria which is present is not pathogenic and normal commensal. So it is normal. Using intimate wash daily is good to normalize your vagina ph and bacterial flora.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
